To support our commitment to quality, SunFix offers a 10-Year Limited Product Warranty on its solar mounting components, giving our customers added confidence in the long-term performance of our systems.

Customers must complete the warranty registration form within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date. SunFix may, at its sole discretion, extend the registration period if a written request is submitted by the customer before the expiry of the initial 30-day period.

For the warranty to remain valid, all components must be installed and maintained in accordance with the requirements set out in the SunFix (Pty) Ltd Limited Product Warranty, the applicable Installation Manual, Maintenance Manual and Engineers Aid. Please ensure that you download and review the warranty document before completing the warranty registration form below.
